MONITRR CASE STUDY: Reducing the Cost of the Network Compliancy Programme

Volvo Cars is a Swedish multinational luxury vehicle manufacturer and is one of the fastest growing premium brands in the world.

Volvo prioritises aftermarket network standards, ensuring its network performs high-quality vehicle repairs and provides excellent customer experience.  Volvo wanted to reduce network compliance costs without jeopardising programme quality.

Our Approach

We worked with Volvo to translate the current onsite audit process into best practice standards used for self-auditing, virtual auditing, and physical auditing.  We introduced artificial intelligence to check and validate evidence submission and a suite of KPIs to diagnose network issues.

The Outcome

The requirement for onsite audits was dramatically reduced whilst overall network compliancy improved substantially.  Volvo saved an estimated £60,000 per annum and reported high levels of user satisfaction.

“…feedback from the Approved Network is extremely positive indeed. MONITRR has certainly helped us to drive an improved consistency of compliance across the network.

MONITRR is an excellent tool and is really supporting our network performance and we would certainly recommend it to companies that require greater management control.  MONITRR is proving to be a sound investment.”
