New Al Ghandi Auto Partnership

OUTSORC is thrilled to announce the launch of a new groundbreaking programme with our new partners Al Ghandi Auto. We are delighted to be supporting Al Ghandi Auto management in creating and defining a digital core service process for all aftersales teams across the UAE. This new state-of-the-art programme will be hosted in MONITRR, allowing all 86 service personnel to track, measure and manage progress through a tailored Excellence Programme.

The Excellence Programme will enable Al Ghandi Auto management to identify training needs and deliver targeted training and coaching sessions. The aspiration is that every member of the aftersales team will provide best-in-class customer service consistently and proactively. MONITRR will be essential in supporting Al Ghandi Auto to perform self-assessments and for line management to review this in an evidence-based way. OUTSORC has recently completed online training sessions and has been impressed by the passion and enthusiasm of personnel.    

In November, we hope to mirror this programme for the sales team at Al Ghandi Auto, ensuring every showroom visit is memorable and consistent with the brand promise whilst also raising incremental sales and market share.
